Tractor Air Braking Systems

 

Our tractor systems are extremely high quality kits that are produced to OEM quality standards, utilising parts from Wabco, Haldex and Knorr Bremse.

 

Kits will fit as close to the factory systems as practically possible, with parts such as the compressor able to run off of the genuine belt for ease of maintenance going forward.  

 
Air brakes apply the brakes to the trailer faster and with greater control than hydraulic systems helping to reduce jack-knife situations as the trailer begins braking shortly before the trailer when pressure is applied to the brake pedal.

Complete Kits, Accessory Equipment & Spare Parts 

 

Our kits come as a complete package containing all major components required as well as pipework, mounting brackets and pipework.  Additionally consumable parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, seals, clips and cable ties are also supplied to help make fitting as straightforward as possible.

Comprehensive instruction manuals are included with each kit and for any further queries we can provide fitting assistance at any time by phone or email.

While we can supply kits to any part of the UK and Ireland, we can also offer a fitting service.

​

Fitting is typically completed in 4-6 hours and can be carried out at any location with a flat (eg: concrete) surface to allow wheel cart access.

​

As part of the service we will also test the system operation and ensure it is correctly set up for any trailer or towed implement available.
